Interindividual differences
In the present study the interindividual differences in subjects’ ability to discriminate between the 10 odorant pairs were large, ranging from subjects who were able to significantly distinguish 9 of the odorant pairs to subjects failing to do so with all 10 of them. This large interindividual difference is in line with previous findings.
