I would like to express my deep gratitude to a kind personality, my supervisor Cornelia Spetea Wiklund Professor of Molecular Cell Biology, Division of Molecular Genetics, Department of Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Linköping University , for her guidance, precious advice, thoughtful suggestions and generous supervision throughout my research work. Without her co-operation, kind interest in this research project, moral encouragement and motivation, it would have been very difficult for me to complete the work.   I am grateful to Dr. Lorena Ruiz Pavŏn, who guided me in the techniques of mycorrhization and Medicago growth.
