Concluding remarks
In conclusion, the produced Malaria specific antibodies from this study can be of assistance in understanding how the immunologic memory against P.falciparum is functioning as well as screening for parasite antigens and further characterized them in assays such as invasion inhibition assay, antibody affinity studies using surface plasmon resonance methods. In turn, these potential parasite antigens can be used to make the right recipe for Malaria vaccine that could generate a long -term memory response.
