Most factors found correlated with fear related behaviours, for exampel a high body posture (indicating aggression which also correlated with a high index value) during Acoustic startle positively correlared with the fear related behaviour Seeking cover as well. These correlations indicate that the underlying motivational system responsible for the reactions of the dogs is the fear system.
