Individual lateralization
Individual lateralization was present for certain behaviours. The number of individuals that demonstrated a lateralization varied based on behaviour. Those behaviours in which at least one horse demonstrated a lateralization are in bold in the table below. For more details on how many horses demonstrated lateralities for each behaviour please see the full thesis report.

Population lateralization
No significant side preference at the population level were identified for any behaviours.
Correlation and consistency
No consistency of side preferences across behaviours were identified, which potentially indicates a task-dependent behavioural lateralization.
No significant correlations between behaviours were identified under strict or liberal criteria.
