Conclusion
IFN-gamma was an important factor in producing ANoA in mercury induced autoimmunity. CD4+CD25+ showed no role in the production of ANoA. From all the result ELISA obtained, we can conclude that in our experiment, the T regulatory cells failed to suppress Mercury induced Autoimmunity. As the expected result was that, CD4+CD25+ can supress HgIA, further studies should be done in order to understand the mechanism of ANoA production and the mechanism of CD4+CD25+ cells.
