All plants groups (NAM, fil, 2 mM Pi, AM, AM+0.2 mM Pi and AM+2 mM Pi) were analyzed for Chla, Chlb, and carotenoids per gram leaf. Our results showed that total chlorophyll content was higher in AM plants (an average increase of fold) when compared to NAM. We have found no difference in Chlb in all the groups.
