Culturing Cells
Leukocytes seperated by gradiant centrifuging from blood (patients) gathered in EDTA tubes and incubated in cell medium L15 with 10% FBS 37ºC, before and after stimulation with the same bacteria as grown in cultures (resolution 40x).
