Isolated Malaria specific B cells from method 1 and 2 were analysed for specific IgG levels against FCR3S1.2 strain. The cell supernatants were analysed after cytokine stimulations. As seen in the figure, the levels of IgG were higher and produced by more cytokine combinations in method two (donor 1- B2) as compared to method one (donor 1-B1). Out of the 24 cytokine combinations, number 19 which is combination IL2+IL10+IL15 gave the highest levels of IgG.
