  1. BAP constituted 14.5% of TP in 0-5 cm depth and 9.7% of TP in 5-10 cm depth.
  2. Anoxic conditions triggered sediment P flux (120.17 µgd-1m-2)
  3. Pattern of P varied both with depth and latitudinal transect for TP. 
  4. BAP varried only with depth.
