Welcome, I'm Rickard Pettersson and I have a fondness for ecological modelling. Trying to create simplified models of complex systems to better understand them. My project looked at how vector-borne disease spreads in differently configured randomly generated landscapes. The ways for vector-borne disease to spread that was looked at was livestock transports and migration of infected vectors. 

The project was primarily modelled in C++, landscape generation was done in MatLab and data analysis was done in R.
