Number of infected farms without transports
The graph shows mean and standard deviation of top 25% of simulations. As expected the highly aggregated landscape types have larger outbreaks. However the interesting parts are the mixed landscape types, high low, where the farms have a high level of aggregation and the wild habitats have a low level of aggregation, and low high, where the farms have a low level of aggregation and the wild habitats have a high level of aggregation. The high low have very similar results to the low aggregation landscape types and the low high have very similar results to the high aggregation landscape types.
Number of infected farms with transports
When transports are added the grouping of landscape types looks very similar, low high is still grouped with the high aggregation landscape types and high low is still grouped with the low aggregation landscape types. In general there are a higher number of infeted farms, however while the highly aggregated landscapes have an increase for the low aggregation the number of infected farms doubled compared to without transports.
