Comparative Study
Test-fishing with multi mesh gill nets (DROTT 14) was performed performed in Lake Tåkern in June 2019 (N = 16), for comparison of the species compostion in the fish community, with data from 40 years after previous test-fishing at the same locations.
Locations for deployment of DROTT 14 gill nets in lake Tåkern. The distribution of nets was focused to two sites of the lake, north-west and south-east.
Standerdized Test-fishing
Standerdized Test-fishing was performed in August 2019 with NORD 12 nets, for determination of the ecological status of the fish community, and comparison with six other shallow lakes in southern Sweden.
Locations for deployment of 24 NORD 12 nets in lake Tåkern, Sweden, at the standardized test-fishing in August 2019. Six nets were randomly distributed in each zone of the lake.
eDNA-Sampling
Environmental-DNA samples (eDNA) were collected in September 2019 (N = 2) for detection of species.
