In my master project,I studied the effects of Early life stress on epigenetics patterns and immune system response. I used social isolation as an early life stressor and investigated its impacts on epigenetic patterns through causing DNA methylation changes. In addition to developing a new protocol to extract sperms DNA from frozen testis samples.Moreover, I succeded in combining two protocols ;GBS (Genotyping by sequencing) and MEDIP (Methylated DNA immune-precipitation) for detecting DNA methylation,considering that these two methods were combined successfully for the first time in my study.
