In young birds (W2, W3, culling), the stress group varied significantly from the enrichment group in week two ,however there was no significance reported during the other weeks of stress as in week three( P=0.416), week culling(P=0.374).
In adult group, there was no significance difference between the three groups (P=0.774).

In young birds, my results showed a significant diffrence between the stress and control group (p=0.036). Moreover, there was a significance between stress and enrichment group where (p= 0.046). Therefore, stress group has higher levels of IL-6 in comparison to the control group.
In adult birds,I found a tendency between the stress and control group (P=0.061).Therefore,thestress group tended to have more concentration than the control group.
