Disease spread
With blue tungue virus being almost exclusively spread through vectors only two modes of disease spread are considered, vector migration and livestock transports.
Vector migration
A way for vector-borne diseases to spread is through vectors becominig carriers from infected animals and moving to another habitat.
Livestock transports
Another way for a vector-borne disease to spread is through infected animals being moved to another habitats and vectors in that habitat becoming infected from those animals.
