My name is Isabelle and I have done my master thesis in theoretical biology. I have tested how the detailed network structure is affected by aggregation. To do this I have tested the sensitivity of the detailed network meamesurment, motif frequeny, by using aggregation based on trophic similarity, taxonomic groups and spatial scale.
